Coil symptoms

Hello I had the copper coil put in since March 2018 and ever since I have had it in I have had really bad groin pains and then just recently I have had discharge with blood and really bad tummy pains.

I went to the doctors and they took swabs and it all come back clear but when I went back to the clinic I got it done from they said that they could see a lot of puss on one of my slides.

Has anyone had these symptoms?
