Lately I've noticed that my periods have been a little off by being 1 or 3days late and not being as heavy for the 1st and 4th day of the period, on the 4th day it's like it comes to a holt but then Carrys on again. I've also noticed that the blood isn't as dark and the flow isn't the same as what it was before. I was very regular always starting on the correct day now it's all over the place. I've done pregnancy tests to rule that out. I have been very stressed lately but don't want to put it down as stress.
Hopefully you guys can give me some advice

I don't think there is anything to worry about I used to have a 31day cycle could be quite heavy at times as had fibroids. Then after having my 2 child at 39 every thing changed fluctuating between 26 days and 28 day cycles, and This totally threw me. I would have a day about 3 or with no blood then start again. Dr's didn't seem too worried about the frequency.
