So I've got ADPKD (polycystic kidney disease) and have to be carefully as to what contraception I can take as estrogen feeds the cysts, making then grow faster so what do people use when they can't have estrogen based contraception?

The Mirena is a progesterone based contraceptive.
But you really should discuss this with your healthcare provider.
