Hi everyone i need some one to help me like really quick i feel like im losing my

mind ,i need real help i think i might be HIV positive and i dont know what to do

can some talk to please ,i feel real weak emotionally and im at work i have to hold it in i have no one to talk to i think they will laugh or judge please help ..........

Hello ANCKA ,

Getting HIV is nothing to panic over. It is not that common, and it's not trivial to get. Many symptoms can be due to other illnesses rather than HIV. Don't assume you have it.

By far the best advice I can relay is... get tested. If it comes back negative, you can breathe a sigh of relief... this is the best possible outcome, and is quite possible. You will also have to opportunity of talking through your fears, face-to-face, with someone who knows a lot about how to get it, how not to get it, and how to cope with it should it ever happen. They will also advise about testing and "PEP" if there is some incident you are worried about making you think you have it.

im even more scared to go tested than ever in my life i just have a feeling that iam and nothing will help at this point.
