Hello. Please am new here . though i have reached out to STELLACATTON....................

I contacted herpes last year through my ex who has multiple sex partners. I never heard of it before. I never knew it was herpes. And now I have an outbreak. And I learnt it's not Curable. Please can I know what to do to prevent outbreak? And also a place on my right butt where i have been injected before now itching me like 2-3times now and it gives a redish colour and later turned black when HEALED, please is that also an Herpes outbreak?

You can't prevent herpes you've just got to manage the condition such as you will have outbreaks every so often but warm salty water is good also wear loose fitting boxers cotton if possible so it doesn't irritate it and make them worse. You can go to your GUM clinic and they will provide you will anti viral tablets as they control the condition but don't get rid of it unfortunately, if you are in your first year of the condition you will probaly have a few outbreaks which are sore but after the first year the condition dies down and you could have it a few times a year instead of loads
