Is it possible to spread chlamydia to your kids by sharing drinks and food or even kissing them? If so, how would I know? - r there treatment for kids ?

No you can't pass it by kissing or sharing drinks.
I have it and got a massive leaflet on it last week when I was diagnosed...it's only possible to spread through oral sex (but not often), anal sex and vaginal sex, as well as if genitals are touching but no penetration occurs, other than that it's impossible!
