Indeed it could be an STI. You really need to see a GP or Genito Urinary Clinic.
There really is no alternative. At one time I think it was illegal to purport to treat STI other than through a registered medical practicioner. In UK that is.
If it is an STI then the treatment is an antibiotic; nothing else is guaranteed to cure it.
Maybe STI or sounds like TV is the smell fishy? I'd just go to the clinic if I was you I thinks that's the best advice.
