i would like to start the pill, however my mums a doctor and i know she won't let me start. i would go to my local GP but my doctor is my next door neighbour and my parents good friend! where can i get the pill without the awkardness?

You can get the pill from a sexual health clinic or a community family planning service . If you google contraception and your post code you should find a service close to you.

Hi, if you ask for the pill from the angle of wanting to regulate your periods it might not be so awkward for you. A lot of girls go onto the pill for that reason, I did and so did a lot of my friends.
