It's possible but incredibly unlikely. Your feet would have to find HIV on the floor - extremely unlikely - and it would have to get into your cut - very unlikely. There are a billion other things far more likely to go wrong, and washing the wound - and putting on some antiseptic cream and a plaster - cover far more of them. Don't worry yourself into a panic. Should you get an HIV test? That's your decision, but it's quite an extreme reaction. The world is full of dangers and I wouldn't get too fixated on the HIV one. HTH.
