Is it possible to get infected with Chlamydia even with no penetration, only by superficial contact between penis and vagina?

In case you've been infected with Chlamydia and you are not aware of it, is it possible that you infect someone else after some months having sex with this person?

Short answer to that is yes. Chlamydia is spread by genital secretion, so even a bit of precum on the outside of the vagina can cause an infection.

Most chlamydia infection doesn't cause any symptoms but you can pass it on to an uninfected partner.

The only way to really know is to do a test. Depending how old you are there are lots of option available (including postal tests). see nhs choices for more information.
