Dear maggiemoody,
It could certainly be thrush. Your options would be to try an over the counter treatment, see your GP or visit your local Sexual Health / GUM clinic. The advantage of the GUM clinic is they will take a swab and tell you there and then if it is thrush and give you the treatment for free. They will also offer a full sexual health screen to exclude other infections. Find your nearest clinic at bashh.org/clinics
