Testicle pain won't be related to HIV. And unlikely you would have caught anything you have not had anal sex or received oral sex.

Get in touch with your local gay men's clinic but if all you have been doing is what you say then there is next no route of infection however it is a possibility but always best to get things checked out. As far as I know testicle pain is not related to HIV. Talk things through with a sexual health counsellor if you can access one. I hope you get yourself sorted soon.
