Tinnitus hearing Ototoxicity

Hellp everyone. I've had tinnitus for more than 20 years. Recently I took a heavy dose of antibiotics and started to feel dizzy all the time. I was told by my ENT that this is called ototoxicity or eat poisoning from antibiotic use.

I'd appreciate your thoughts from anyone who's experienced this or knows something about it.

Thanks

I had tinnitus but found from the advice of an alternative medicine person that a lot of people suffer tinnitus due to dairy allergies. I stopped eating dairy and the tinnitus went after about a month. I haven't had much dairy products for YEARS, just the odd choc treat, but regret it by the next day as the chiming/hissing noises begin to raise their ugly heads again!
