When I had gamma Knife three years ago, I was told that I might experience symptoms eight or nine months later, due to temporary swelling following treatment, & that I should not be concerned if my AN appeared larger on my first MRI scan, due to swelling.

My 12 month MRI showed significant swelling, I had another at 18 months and it was back to pre-GK size.

Good Luck!
