I am 2 & half months preg nw..bcz of excess vomitting i cant even drink water or eat anything.i am afraid if dis will harm my baby's health

It can go on for the whole pregnancy, but also it can stop after a few weeks. In most cases it will pass, thankfully. so be patient. and do not worry, your baby will be fine. your body will look after it.
during my pregnancy i also had vomitings for first 3mnths, even water was nt digestable... our body becomes weak and at such time total bed rest is advised.... u should try to eat nethng u like... no matter wat it is.. jst try to eat somethng after washing your mouth till the taste and smell of the vomit goes away... ne health drink or juice is also ok.. dont get under-nourished....
