I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I dont know where abouts you are but in the off chance you are anywhere near me I'd meet for a coffee. PM if interested.

Really sorry you’re feeling this way it is so so hard.

Are you having any other help for your anxiety ? Are your GP / health visitor helping you ? Sometimes there are local groups specifically around support for parents going through post natal mental health difficulties which are just like informal chats and places where you can talk to others going through similar things - is there anything like that in your area?

There is pandas charity too that has support

pandasfoundation.org.uk

I’m not sure if this helps but I couldn’t read and not comment - let us know how you’re getting on x

Mush and Peanut are apps where you can set up a profile and meet other mums in your local area. I don't know how reliable they are and wouldn't want you to compare yourself to other mums when your feeling at your most vulnerable. It might be worth speaking to your GP or health visitor to discuss your anxiety and refer you to the necessary help. It's hard being a new mum and felt very alone at times so what your feeling is normal. Xxx

I already went thru them and they never helped they gave me tablets and then never gave me the help I needed. They left me to my own accordance and messed my notes up was glad to get rid off them. Just finding it hard to cope again with baby and don’t know what she wants when she cries. Had enough and tired and upset.
