Hello all, though this is my job and I am soft tissue advisor, I would like to share these instructions with you on how to properly tape yourself for support. I am currently 35wks pregnant and it has done wonders for my flare-ups of sciatica. I have also tried taping my belly to provide support from the weight. I hope the below link helps those in need.
