For me, it would have to be "crazy". And I actually had the miss fortune to hear it from an "expert" whose task was support me to get back into paid employment. Even after I had fully explained to her how my autism affects me.
It just reinforces what autism looks like in the eyes of ignorant people. Autism and mental illness are NOT the same thing. This person did my confidence no favours. I am glad I have dispensed with her services and her ignorance.

Hi yes many so called professionals SUCK Mega they don't even follow what taught and the protocol of autism!
These "experts" know nothing. And some training in autism is absolute cr*p. I am diagnosed with Asperger's and my work is developing training courses - as part of that I have "sampled" trainings by different providers and I know there are some very poor trainings around, even though they might be "accredited" which really means nothing these days. Apart from that, these employment advisers should never insult their clients by calling them crazy.
