Is the vest created by the USA company called Balance Wear useful? How does one get ii? Cost? Neta

So far, I have contacted Balance Wear twice, Once about the cost, early this month , I contacted by a message at motiontherapeutics.com/cont... and then on 3/13 about scheduling a fitting, I emailed . info@motiontherapeutics.com
The reply came today, I have included the text.
“Hello, Jerry:
Thank you for your interest in BalanceWear products. The easiest way to see if our technology can help you is to have an BalanceWear assessment. At the time of your assessment, you feel the degree of help our products can provide BEFORE moving forward to obtain your own device to wear at home and in therapy. Our inventor, Cindy Gibson-Horn PT, is in Oakland and could see you sometime after the 25th of this month. Cindy's number is 510-207-1207 and email is cindy@motiontherapeutics.com. She is out of town right now and won't return home until next Friday. We also have a trained therapist in San Francisco, her name is Lise McCarthy PT and can be contacted at Office: 415-665-4953 Cell: 415-533-8284. You will need a Rx from you doctor stating your diagnosis and to evaluate/treat for balance and BalanceWear. This Rx enables the therapist to assess you.
If you would like any additional information, please let me know. I will be out of the office until next Friday for the American Academy of Neurology Annual Meeting. Thank you again for your interest in BalanceWear.

They didn’t quote me a price.
From what I understand, it’s between $750.00 and $1,000.00 , American dollars, and must be custom fitted.
I don't know about insurance.
I'm still gathering information.
There are two BalanceWear garments; One is 799.00 the other 950.00. There is a fitting fee of 300 for two visits.

They seem to be going through physical therapists.
The process can be somewhat slow, as I understand it.
First I need an Rx from an MD to see the therapist.
Then the therapist needs to examine me to see if the vest will help. The vest exam comes after a preliminary exam, so that is at least two visits.
Meanwhile I need to fill out financial paperwork for the physical therapist.
What a process!!

I dont know how this California company deals with international requests. Best thing is to Google them and ask them. They respond pretty quickly. Otherwise, you haveto travel to the USA. There are specially trained PT's (in the vest) on the East Coast such as in NYC. Good luck. (The company has the words "motion therapeutics" in it.
