Forgive me for sounding a bit anti-social because if you read my posts you will see I am the total opposite, but if you just took 2 seconds to search you would find this question was just asked a couple days ago.

The short answer is BHV-4157 is a re-formulated drug that is not having positive results so far and is designed only to treat symptoms not the underlying cause.

Read my posts for an "alternative therapy" and that MAY be helpful for some people or not.
