Hi Fellow Ataxians

I found this one too. Darcie's instruction is really good, some of you might like her routine. My left leg is sometimes a bit naughty so only go as far as you feel is comfortable.

Wow, that was incredible. Thank you for posting that. The exercises are quite simple, (yes I agree, only go as far as is comfortable for your body), and the instructions together with the demonstrations are so easy to follow. I'm going on holiday at the end of the week and am taking my laptop with me so I will be able to do that routine in my free time. Lorraine
