Quite often, my feet are either freezing or too hot😳 Cold feet in bed definitely makes it difficult to relax and sleep. Even in summer, I need to wear bedsocks 😏xB

I can't wear bed socks cos my feet get too hot cos my circulation works in bed and I get too hot. cut this heat pad goes off after 45 minuets Enough time for the circulation to get going. It works for me! Not solved the over hot feet. what do you do?
