Hi foffee11

I am delighted you have found an exercise that is suitable for you!

I do Pilates most days which I have found very useful. However I am reluctant to share the exercises I do and find helpful for my ataxia, not because I don't want to but because one exercise does not suit all. Everyone has different levels of ability (for different reasons) and I don't want to risk anyone hurting themselves.

I would encourage everyone to see a physiotherapist, at least to get tips and advice on exercises that are suitable to them.

Best wishes

Harriet

I like your vibe Fofee. Brings on a smile and seeing the weather is great at the moment ( in SA not U.K.) will get going on a short cycle.
