Around 60% of people with asthma say that the cold weather triggers their symptoms.

You can reduce the risk of cold air triggering an asthma attack when you are out and about by trying our Scarfie trick. Simply wrap a lightweight scarf loosely around your nose and mouth to warm the air you breathe in so it's less likely to irritate your airways.
