Post Nasal Drip Tips?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any helpful tips to help with post nasal drip? Over the last week, I’ve not had much of an appetite at all, although been drinking fine, and every 2nd morning (Thursday, Saturday and this morning) I’ve vomited phlegm once as soon as I’ve got up… I have no other symptoms apart from not wanting to eat anything and being really nauseous just before I’ve been sick those 3 times… no temperature or cough or any other symptoms at all, COVID lateral flows all negative, so the only conclusion I can come up with is that it’s some kind of post nasal drip? I’m on antihistamines, and I am on Dymista nasal spray anyway, I’ve regularly used a sea salt sinus rinse too, but was wondering if anyone else had any useful tips that might help, so that I can start eating again and stop being sick! I’ve got a call back from the GP surgery hopefully this afternoon although I do feel a bit silly calling them when I don’t have any other symptoms!

Thanks!

Neilmed Sinus Rinse is good although sadly there doesn't seem to be a magic post nasal drip solution. I wish there was!

Thank you for replying! I wish there was too, normally any excess phlegm goes straight to my ear, I never normally suffer with post nasal drip symptoms, especially with being on the Dymista spray which is brilliant, it doesn’t normally make me be or feel sick, the one thing I can’t stand is being sick! Will order some Neilmed to try, I’ve been using Sterimar which does seem to help when my hay fever/allergies play up

Some people prefer sterimar but I find the actual washing out seems to help better with allergies and helps congestion too. Personal preference though I guess.

The first time it feels a bit like drowning (or how imagine that feels!) but after that is fine and can take trial and error to find your optimum water temp - too hot os obviously ouchy and not hot enough is face ache central. But once you get used to what you need it's ok. Also don't do without the saline sachets - forgetting those also causes much face ache!!

Thank you for the advice, I will definitely give it a try, I’ll try pretty much anything if it’ll stop me feeling sick!
