Changed against since you posted similar the other day? Or the same as those ones?

But no - finding the right meds is how one becomes well controlled, or controlled again so it's fine. It doesn't mean you asthma is suddenly horrific or anything. Just it needs different meds to control it. And similarly, it doesn't matter if someone has mild, moderate or severe asthma really - the key is control. Once new meds are started it takes many weeks to see if they're the right ones so can seem worse to begin with. But it just needs time.

Additionally, anxiety can both cause asthma symptoms (in some people) and cause symptoms that feel like asthma (but aren't so asthma meds don't help) in many more people, which then makes them feel it's worse when it's anxiety.. So I'd push worries aside and just tell yourself it's all ok and in hand.

Was just trying to ascertain if this is the change you posted about yesterday(Here: healthunlocked.com/asthmauk...

or if they have changed them again today? Because if they've changed them twice in quick succession, that's not helpful.

If it's what you asked about before then it's fine and normal in asthma to need different meds sometimes. As I said, give it time to kick in.
