Hope every thing goes OK for me, tomorrow as It is my 2nd injection. Last time everything was fine and due to my condition I was pushed to the front of the queue. For once it had its advantages of having severe lung problems, {We don't have many and I would rather not have the problems and wait my turn}.

2nd Virus Injection
Just had my 2nd dose on Saturday. Just a sore arm and a slight headache for a few hours. First dose I had mild flu like symptoms and fatigue. So definitely less side effects this time. Hope all goes well for you again.
Yeah I've had my second, they're all so expert at the systems now it should run like clockwork. Lots of older folk/vulnerable people having their seconds here so all in the same boat!
I had my second AZ a week ago. First one led to aching arm and feelings of flu on second day, but very suddenly recovered on third day.
For the second, I had no aches in my arm at all, though nurse did take me through relaxing my arm thoroughly first, ‘like a rag doll’.
No flu feelings this time but for three days, I had what I called ‘revolving fatigue’! I would begin to feel exhausted, eventually put my feet up, drop off a while, wake refreshed, before it all started again a couple of hours later. Not too bad at all! I was taking rescue prednisolone for second vaccine though, so don’t know whether it added to side effects.
Hope all goes well for you, Wheesy. Stay safe!
I’ve had both shots now (Pfizer) and in addition to a couple of days of side-effects, both caused an asthma flare-up that lasted weeks. Still ongoing.
