I've tried Kalms in the past and had no problems re my asthma. Have a chat with your pharmacist if you need advice on medication interactions and help with sleeping.

I've taken them (ironically before asthma clinic which I find much worse than the dentist for various reasons). I did feel sick but no effect on asthma. Agree with Poobah to ask a pharmacist.
If you have any scent triggers perhaps stick to the plain ones to be safe - I have seen you can get lavender ones which definitely would trigger me.
