Hi all. I have been coughing for 3 months now. Every year i have the same case in winter. I went to a doctor last week for check up. I did skin test and the result was that i have allergy in olive trees and wall pellitory. She gave me medicines:

Pariet 10mg (rabeprazole sodium), Singulair 10mg (montelukast), Oradus 5mg (desloratadine), Nasonex nasal spray (mometasone furoate), Sterimar nasal spray.

My concern is that these are many thing to take and their side effects. Can anyone advise? Do they have side effects on immune system? Are these the correct medicines for my case? Thank you!

I had to look up some of these as I'm not familiar with them. They look to be targeting the allergic reaction on all fronts and also an antacid (Pariet), just in case you have reflux, which can result in coughing. None of these would concern me re my immune system. Even the steroid nasal spray is so targeted the med won't affect the immune system. Montelukast only works for a percentage of patients so if it's not improving your symptoms after 6 weeks then ask for a medication review.

The antihistamine (Oradus) should be taken at night.

Looks like your doctor has thought about everything.
