Keep laughter in your heart

I am a 46 yr old severe asthmatic on a seemingly endless about of meds but hey ho it is what it is. One med that i have been on for over a year now which has been wonderful for me has been Alvesco (ciclesonide). Being a smaller inhaled corticosteroid it manages to travel deeper into your lungs. I have been following almost daily online clinical tests happening all over the world in regards to Alvesco and covid 19. It makes for some interesting reading and my own trail has taken me to some early tests (prior to covid 19) in which ciclesonide actually stopped the coronavirus from attacking healthy cells. Makes for interesting reading and as we are all stuck inside might break up a few hrs lol. Please everyone keep safe, look after yourself ,keep your immune system which more than likely wont be great anyway in at best condition with vit d plenty of sleep and healthy meals. And watch as many comedies as you can. God bless x
