Hello :-)

I am new to all this but I feel for you even though I have no words of wisdom to offer , but others I am sure will :-)

Fingers crossed you make it into collage though and things improve soon :-) x

So sorry to hear you are struggling. I do hope you improve soon. Be gentle with yourself and don’t push yourself too hard or too far. A good rule of thumb is “if you were a friend of yours who also had asthma and was feeling the way you are feeling, what advice would you give?” That involves some soul searching, however it may also ensure you rest if you need to in order to allow your body to recover rather than push yourself over the edge. Please take care x
