Hi Tracy. Your obviously very poorly. It’s very sad that your family are too far away to visit. I’d hate not to have my mum and dad with me if I was ill in hospital (although I think my dad would probably break all the hospital equipment as he’s a bit accident prone 😂). Wishing you the very best in your recovery and fingers crossed that you get home on Tuesday🤞

I'm so sorry! You must feel miserable. Do you have a book or magazine or TV or something to help you pass the time? I often find waiting for your body to recuperate after an attack to be one of the hardest parts of this disease. Take good care and get as much rest as you can!!

Hi Tracey. You poor thing! Never mind you are definitely in the right place with lots of people to chat to! Hopefully you are talking to your family on your mobile so they are supporting you that way. Not too long until Tuesday and you will be home. Take care and lots of love and hugs xxxx

Hi Tracey just wondering why they are cutting pred down so quick , I’ve been on pred base rate only 5 mg and trying to get off , I found if I went below I syufggled as only 20 per cent lung function , so I’m cutting 1mg every 2 months so hopefully my body won’t notice , might take me 6 months or more to get there , can u not do something similar say 1mg every week xx

Sounds like you are in a great place!

Don’t rush to get home, hopefully they can stabilize you !!!! Do you play games on your phone ( do you have I-phone ?). I have several I could recommend to help you pass the time if you want 😘
