does being bloated effect asthma??

hi all

i have noticed lately im bloated a lot as my meal plan is all over the place im mainly eating really big dinners as i dont eat much through the day and also i have had a lot of stress going on at the moment and stupidly started smoking again for the first time in like 8 years so im worrying that will mess up my breathing also

I am sorry that you are so stressed. I wouldn't worry too much about the asthma at the moment unless it starts to interfere with your life. Try to treat one thing at a time. Which one can you deal with first? You decide. If the stress is there and you need to deal with it, then maybe try to ensure you are eating better. More fruit, veg etc. Bloating is sometimes an indication of constipation which could be caused by many things. One being wrong foods. Not enough water. Our gut and how it nourishes us is very important in helping to handle stress, give us energy and keep our immune system active.

You gave up smoking for 8 years, so I'm sure you will be able to stop using it again. Sometimes when we start something that we've previously given up, we throw our hands in the air and go full on. The only thing I can say regarding the smoking is you've done so well previously and will do so again, so try to limit it a bit now so going off it in the future will be easier.
