Yes it helps me a lot - I use sterimar & a nasal spray. Really helps me as I forever have rhinitis this has calmed it all down. Always take an anti histamine every day as well. Good luck 😉

Yes I use it daily as I have allergies and get rhinitis. It certainly helps with the rhinitis which can excarbate asthma.

Yes. I use the Neil med Saline rinse alone and as a prep before any of my medicated nasal sprays.

It helps clear out mucous and decrease my allergic rhinitis during allergy seasons. I find it extremely helpful in managing allergies that trigger my asthma.

I use it when I’m sick or have infection. I used to rely on it to stay sane before my sinus surgery years ago but now I only need it when I’m sick. It is pretty good.
