I was given combivent Salbutamol/pratopium 2.5ml today by GP for use in home nebuliser & instructed use of 4 times a day..I have never used a home nebuliser before & I left surgery without asking or being advised if I should still use my blue reliever between times... I have used one phial in the nebuliser twice today so far with a six hour space between but I am still pretty tight & wheezy, am due to take my Seretide & Montelukast at 8pm then the Clarithromycin antibiotic at ten, planning on another nebuliser phial around midnight, six hours after the last, I don’t feel the same difference on home nebuliser as I did at hospital, and I had two treatments there with a 20 minute break between them, would I benefit better from using the home nebuliser like that with two sessions followed by two or leave them spaced out, also should I use blue reliever between times....help please, Thank you

Ask asthma nurse as they might be able to assist you better then we can. But definitely try and talk to the doctor who give you this for their support
