HI , everyone, i havent posted for a while but I visted my chest consultant two weeks ago because my asthma has been really bad. I was on Relvar 92/22 but thry have upped me to 184/22 . I also use Atrovent. Anyway this is my 3rd day on the high dose and I feel nauseous and unable to look at or cook food. Is this a reaction and will it pass. I also got bloods taken and my allergies to grass, dust and pets. I have a bischon frise dog who. I have had for 6 years. He is hypo-allergic but my intolerance was 6.8 which is high so I have to find him a new home. If anybody could give me advice or Relvar 184 i woukd be obliged.

Hi Aisling

Sorry your not well....

With ref to the Relvar - I have used the 184/22 inhaler for about a year now.. sometimes twice daily if I’m not well.. and I don’t find that it puts me off food.

I have quite a hoarse throat and sometimes get oral thrush ( despite rinsing etc) but don’t notice any other probs.

Sorry this isn’t much help but I think that it’s quite a good inhaler so try to persevere if you can!!

Hope you feel better soon...
