For all your kind replys, just returned from my anxiety and depression ,(caused by my cough ) meeting where I had to be quiet, got home having some tea (hotpot) then it's starts , I.m 71 pretty fit go jogging,but this is ruining my life,being a man, living on my own, cutting out dairy and wheat I think I might starve , to death mind that would cure my prob,sorry to be flippant, but got to stay upbeat M.

Personally, I think cutting out an entire food group when you don't have a proven intolerance is a bit dangerous. These coughs seem to last forever, but they don't. It will go away eventually, but if you learn to just live with it, you may not notice when it goes. I do hope the A&D meeting helps, but again, it will take time for you to see the benefit of the group. Upbeat is the way to go!

Hey cut out wheat no problem there are loads of wheat free products go to the free from aisles in the super market you will also find dairy free there it's not that bad you just have to get your head round it. They even have gluten free cakes yippee I have just found cream crackers life's good.

Guess what you can even get dairy free ice-cream !!!!!! Good luck
