What does it really mean? I have always stuck to my inhalers and my breathing tablets,so is it maybe were the weather has a lot to do with my asthma and had tests and not allergic to anything ! Just read my hospital letter and it actually says bronchial asthma, poorly controlled so what is bronchial asthma? Heard of other asthma but not seen bronchial poorly controlled asthma on the site.and I still have bruises and apparently it is were I have had so many steroids when I have had chest infection! And to top it off I'm getting heat rash that is making me itch so bad at night, using calium cream but got bad last night and I got my scissors out to itch and must of done this in middy of the night as got scratches lol I'm a mess .

One of the things that is known is that a drug treatment that works well at one point over time ceases to work well. At this point breathing consultants change medication. Can get withdrawal effects from changing medication.

Worth investigating posture and muscle control.

Heat rash can be from bacteria dining on sweat products produced by the body. Worth washing skin in cold water. That may be helpful.

Hi sorry to here you’ve not been well

Bronchialis just a reference to where your asthma is ‘located’ - in you bronchioles (the small air passages in your lungs). It’s just another way of saying asthma 🤫😂. Here’s a good page that explains it a little for you - webmd.com/asthma/guide/what...

Poorly controlled is just their way of saying that your meds aren’t doing their job properly atm so you may need something else or something new.

Hope that helps and that you start to cool off soon x

Oh dear! you must talk to your GP again very soon and take somebody with you so you both remember and understand his/her explanation of the letter from the hospital. The scissors incident is very alarming - there are other ways to cool your skin such as ice cubes in a towel which will do less harm. Make sure the GP checks your inhaler technique - there are some videos on YouTube you might look at - as well as your other medication. It's no use anyone telling you what you've got, if they don't tell you how to make it better!

Try Benadryl for itching and it helps with sleeping too. I used it for shingles.
