Histamine intolerance

Can anybody tell me if histamine intolerance makes stress worse or if stress makes histamine intolerance worse I'm almost 100 per cent sure I have it and I'm very stressed at moment and even though eating low histamine foods I'm still itching and getting bad stomach etc x

Hey, stress can certainly make allergies worse, as it causes histamine to be released: webmd.com/allergies/feature...

Thank you I've read through and I need to calm down I suffer with health anxiety what makes it worse

Hello, I've no direct information but I guess that as stress effects the immune system it might aggravate histamine intolerance. You may already have heard of her, but Dr. Janice Joneja has written a book about "Histamine Intolerance". She has written articles for Action Against Allergy (which I'm a member of).

Yes. Absolutely. Try pursed-lip breathing and a low histamine diet. Good luck!

Remember lots of household items- cleaners- and toiletries can increase your histamine bucker as well

Yes I was going mention about cleaning stuff because I work with chemicals I wonder if this as made it worse
