According to a recent Japanese Study poor dental hygiene - especially where seniors are concerned - may increase the risk of lung infection. Seniors are, apparently, at greater risk due to increased plaque, more cavities and fewer teeth.

Are you saying that all Seniors don't care for their teeth?

No. I’m just reporting the findings of someone else’s Study. As people age they often end up with an increased number of dental issues simply as a result of getting older.

Yes, they do. Though I have to say that my 95 year old father only has about half his teeth, and is very fit and with it considering his age. Now OK, that’s a statistic of one, but it does prove that the word “may” is one to take note of.
