I went to work this am forgetting to take my inhaler purple seretide thought would be ok but someone sprayed deodorant and also the air conditioning on also didnt have blue as swapped bags at weekend. When on way home was really struggling, also not got better with doses of inhaler which were missed so I just took 4 puffs of a brown beclamethasone as well.

What an idiot I am!! Big lesson 🤕

I only have the 1 inhaler as gp too tight to give more!!

I need a carer out with me!!

I know how you feel. You go for weeks without needing it and the one time you forget your blue inhaler, you end up needing it! Don't worry, this should trigger you to remember the next time! 😊

Forgetting my blue inhaler used to be psychologically disastrous for me for donkey’s years. I could go out, come home & spot it on a table-no problem, but the minute I realised I didn’t have it, off went my breathing & within an hour I’d be in a complete state. Also, deodorant- awful stuff! I hate people using it anywhere near me (even my wife warns me before she uses it to make myself scarce!). I hope you soon feel better anyway.

Even fisherman’s friend that liquorice little lolly thing helps. I decided to organise myself beforehand to cover such mistakes. Easier in Aus, ventilon the the counter and the corticosteroid or other preventer get multi scrips so can buy a spare.

I 2ould talk to your gp. Dying because you forgot your puffer is not a good thing.

They do have a duty of care.

I know why do people spray right near people as well so rude sprays should be banned.

If you order the blue inhaler regularly, you might be able to take the one that is going to be empty but isn't yet, to work and leave it in your desk once you get a new one. I built up a few this way, so I have one in the car, one in my husband's car and so on.

Yrs I'm gonna try do that but gp strict. Can only order montelukast bout 4 days before even though it only costs 14.88 or something for a year's course!!

I had the exact same problem when I forgot my inhalers, but the culprit was a timed odor-covering spray in the restroom. Disgusting thing and I convinced the janitor to remove the darned thing. :-D

Yeah they are disgusting however would have been less worse if taken inhalers the moral of the story!
