You should probably ask your GP surgery or whoever prescribed it, as none of us can say for certain what it might be. I'm sure they'd help.
I agree with Minushabens. You need to know the dose as well as there can be different doses of each inhaler. You could try the pharmacy/chemist where you got the prescription filled. They might have a record. Otherwise it would have to be the prescribing doctor.
