Hi all ..... just had my 2nd mepolizumab jab on Friday and all the signs are it’s working . So I’m starting to reduce my pred , after 3 years on 25mg daily sure it will be a struggle and may take a few attempts... am starting off at a 2.5mg reduction for one month and will be reviewed at my next monthly mepolizumab jab

Excellent, brilliant news. I’ve had 15 months of mepo now, off continuous steroids but do have some short courses,maybe an occasional week, of 30mg. As a whole so much better. Wishing you all the best.
