I have a medically diagnosed wheat intolerence I

Only eat gluten free although not intolerant to gluten it’s easier to buy in shops and in restaurants

Trial and error - Stop eating products with wheat in and see if asthma improves you can after a while slowly introduce wheat again. but can effect the stomach a little

herbicides sprayed on wheat by farmers to get even cutting fields have been found in the wheat by Canadian scientists so do some research .

as I feel I am probably intolerant to the chemicals rather than the wheat - try research

It’s a slow process

Good Luck
