Hi can i get advice please..

Hi i had foot surgery on tuesday 3/7/18 and had a bad sore throat just before the op. That evening i ended up going to an out of hours service where they found i had severe tonsillitis. Immediately the dr gave me prednisolone 5ml which i take 8 tablets daily and clarithromycin 250mg/5ml x 2 twice a day. Now due to my operation im on 400mg tabs x2 4 times a day and 500mg co-codamol 4 times a day. Im also on northisterone as a contraceptive.

Im just concerned as had a rapid heart rate, high temp, rapid sweating and my foot is throbbing and quite painful. i have also had a tightning of my chest. Am i ok to take so much together. Thanks
