Hi everyone ๐Ÿ˜

I'm new on here ๐Ÿ˜œ

How is everyone finding the hot weather and asthma?

I'm finding it a bit of a struggle up and down days, just wondering how everyone else is doing.

It is the worst I have been and now hay fever to add to it! Really struggling. 8 steroids a day for a week and new inhaler plus steroids to sniff as well, so do understand. ๐Ÿ˜’

Hope you are feeling a little better now. I havenโ€™t had such bad asthma during the summer before plus chest infection and never had hayfever so bad either. Only thing is that there seem to be so many people in our situation which I suppose is a comfort in away. ๐Ÿคง๐Ÿคง๐Ÿ™€

I hope it gets better for you, I think the heat is really causing problems with asthmatics and it difficult to control.

Sending (((hugs to you))).

It's been ok now I'm managing on my meds now but before say may time it was horrendous. I found taking my blue on regular basis not as and when helped also taking nasal spray and antihistamines. Also making sure lots of fluids. Hayfever is really bad this year. I hope it improves for you soon x

Hayfever is definitely a problem...this years high heat levels along with hayfever are not the best recipe. Hopefully it will cool down soon ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Heat isnโ€™t the problem for me it is the very high pollen we have been getting that irritates the airways

Hayfever is a added extra! I wish there was more effective treatment for hayfever. Here's a (((hug))).

Hi Olivia22 : sorry your struggling : think youโ€™ve got some friends on here ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. For me itโ€™s the heat, (non allergic asthma ) , so no hay fever, one less thing to worry about. : the April/May weather was the best for me, and Iโ€™ve made the most of being asthma free for a lot of the day it , but back to hiding in doors in the afternoons so I can breathe , and the evenings are a real struggle , so Iโ€™m trying to get things done early morning ...... hope it cools soon for everyone xxxxxx

Thank you everyone one who has replied, I think we're all having a rough time with the exceptionally high temperatures and then hayfever on top. I think it's fair to say it can make us all feel scared but at least we're all here for each other.

Today feels a tiny bit cooler so I hope you all feel that too.

Here's a big ((((((hug)))))) to each and everyone of you for doing your best and dealing with life at the same time.

Together we can be strong ๐Ÿ–’

Hate this hot weather too, started coughing a lot been put on a stronger steroid inhaler for a short time, sometimes feel as there's no air in the evenings so the big fan comes out.to cool the room down. Hope this weather cools down soon.
