Hay fever Sinusitis tonsillitis

Hi everyone I’m looking for some advice please.

Last year I came down with hay fever for the first time. It then turned into sinusitis and then after being in my chest for a week it turned into tonsillitis... and severe fatigue

Well yet again after a trip to Wales it’s back and with a vengeance.

I’ve cleared the sinusitis and tonsillitis with antibiotics but the fatigue is horrendous. Like the smallest tasks are a major effort.

Had blood test etc last year that showed up nothing but a slightly raised white blood cell count which would be from the tonsillitis so my doctor says...

Anyone else experienced this? And what measures have they taken?

In all honesty you need to rest... I should practice what I preach but I know when I've hit my limit last time I had a chest infection (dual antibiotics and steroids for over a week)... I couldn't get out of bed one day... the Mrs knows it's bad then and left me in bed all day (I must have slept some 18-20 hours)... felt loads better the day after
