Since having bad flu in January struggling with peak flow ..Still in xolair every four weeks so a bit gutted to be up to eight steroids a,day ..problem is in so exhausted any tips or reasoning on feeling exhausted thankful hope your all well x

Wish I had tips too because I suffer from exhaustion. I was in hospital in March with flu. I am still struggling with exhaustion. I had a sleep test at the end of March and I think it showed up that i have sleep apnoea. On Wednesday, I pick up a CPAP machine to trial. Hopefully that helps. Otherwise I will end up ill again as I am so exhausted.

Glad I’m not the only one suffering ..hope they sort you out I’m seeing my resp nurse next week ..hope something works for you I feel your pain xx

Will let you know how the CPAP machine helps. I am desperate for decent sleep. Let me know how you get on with the respiratory nurse. x
