Clarithromycin

I am currently taking this medicine for a chest infection and I have managed so far to avoid pred. I was thinking it could be due to the clarithromycin, Has anyone else had this happen.

Thought this might be an interseting topic as it is mentioned on auk that this could be used as an asthma treatment in the future.

I also thought I should mention that I have severe asthma and have my own pred at home. I am also not giving advice this is just intended to be a discussion.
