Has anybody with eosinophilic asthma got extreme itchiness ( fingertips , legs ) without rash - antihistamines and cortisone creams don't seem to help .
Just wonder if it's one of the symptoms of high eosinophils and I should start my prednisone rescue pack

As, it seems, you already know, Asthma sufferers often get eczema / dermatitis and (no doubt) other manifestations of skin itchiness / irritation. Particularly, I’d guess, if they suffer from Allergic Asthma.
However, although there may be no ‘highly specific’ rash, there would probably still at least be ‘apparent’ reddening and / or ‘heat-bump-like’ skin inflammation, if only of temporarily duration.
Problem is there are so many other causes of skin irritation ranging from symptoms of stress through to undiagnosed illnesses, irritants encountered at home / work, food / med and supplement allergies.
No doubt you’re already listing and temporarily eliminating various stuff you consume or come into physical contact with, but finding out the cause can take a long time as you usually need to elimate things for at least a month (one at a time). Even then, if it’s stress, meds or undiagnosed illness it can take an age to pinpoint the problem, even with the aid of your GP.
Hope you crack it sooner rather than later.
I get a lot of temperature sensitivite itchy leg and tummy bumps (and it ain’t menopause related - I hope - cos I’m a bloke). I too suffer from eosinophilic Allergic Asthma.
